Elizabeth Grant Fine Art will post your orers within 1-3 days business days as I print all these wonderful pieces on demand so as not to waste paper and be more environmentally friendly.  Orders are posted 48hr Royal Mail Tracked. 
We do everything in our power to ensure all orders are shippied within the indicated times.  Should for any reason we are not able to meet this deadline, you will be contacted and updated of its status.
For international shipping, please message me for pricing. 


We here at Elizabeth Grant Art always want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for some reason you wish to return an item please see terms below. 

To be considered for a refund, your order must be retuned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied to the same orginal payment method. We advise you pay for tracking when returning an item.  All goods you are returning to us remain the customers responsibility until we receive them.  
You have 48 hours on receiving your goods to apply for a refund for a damaged/faulty item.
If an order is damaged during delivery, please contact us and send photgraphic eveidence.  We will then either re-send the item again or refrund you the full amount. In this case, we will happily also refund the postage cost incurred in posting the item back to us with your product refund.


Your privicy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your inforamtion. Payments at checkout are processed via Paypal that has security on all transactions.
